By registering on Buylow, your online e-procurement system, you will have an auction free available. You can use it to try the service or to supply a real need. To begin you must enter the system vendors that will invite the auction, possibly categorized. This will make it easier to ask such as suppliers of computer products in an auction for the purchase of laptops.

Insert auction in 4 steps:

• Compile general information: the name for the auction, the auction rules, date and start time and end of auction, and an optional description which can be given more information about products, purchase terms, payments and anything else you may find useful for youe eprocurement auction.
• Enter one or more products you wish to purchase. For every product you can specify the manufacturer code, product description, quantity you want to buy and the starting price.
• Attach any documents (eg. technical specifications, tender, model self-declaration)
• Select the suppliers you wish to invite to participate in the auction and send email invitations.
