Registering on BuyLow, the site that manager your supply tenders, you will have a free auction to test our online purchase and supply chain management. You can use it to test our auction management online or for a real need to supply testing this way the real cost reduction. To activate this supply tenders management it's useful to insert your suppliers data to invite them to the auctions (dutch auctions or reverse dutch auctions), eventually divided by category. This way will be simpler to invite such as suppliers of IT products in an auction for the purchase of computer systems.
Insert auction in 4 steps:

• Compile general information: the auction name, the rules, date and start time and end of auction, and an optional description which can be given more information about products, purchase terms, payments and anything else you may find useful for youe eprocurement auction.
• Enter one or more products you wish to purchase. For every product you can specify the manufacturer code, product description, quantity you want to buy and the starting price.
• Attach any documents (eg. technical specifications, tender, model self-declaration)
• Select the suppliers you wish to invite to participate in the auction and send email invitations.

Mode of auction

The auctions will be played in 4 different ways:

• Auctions downward indicating the lowest price
• Auctions downward position indicator
• Auctions upward
• Race offers reserved
